Payment Methods

Money Orders, cashiers checks, personal checks & company checks in US Dollars only. Orders are processed upon acceptance of money order & cashiers check. All personal & company checks please allow a up to 15 banking days after receipt for clearance , before order is processed.

Terms and Conditions

Price is subject to change without notice. There will be no price adjustments made after the date of shipping. We reserve the right to limit or adjust quantities, or refuse orders not meeting our requirements. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will receive a 10% Restocking Fee.  

Returns Policy

There are no returns credits offered on items of theft or expiration. Due to low cost of purchase and minimum purchase options.

All returns must be authorized/pre approved by a STS~Superior Trade Services Representative. All returns must be sent freight prepaid within 7 days of product receipt any damages must be signed off on the bill of lading when received by carrier.     

STS is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

Typographical Errors

STS is not responsible for typographical errors relating to pricing, packing, copy, photography or application. STS has the right to cancel any order placed under an incorrect price or shown with incorrect information, due to typographical error. Upon any such cancellation, if your credit card has been charged for the purchase or paid, STS~Superior Trade Services will promptly issue a full credit to your account.
